White Book
White Book presents an analysis of the ICT industry and industry’s recommendations on short, medium and long term policies. The White Book was developed by the Moldovan Association of Private ICT Companies (ATIC), with the support of the Competitiveness Enhancement and Enterprise Development Project II (CEED II), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
