Making the ICT sector a growth engine

According to the Statute of Moldovan Association of ICT Companies member of the Association may become any ICT company or legal entity, which operates in Moldova and/or abroad, and which recognizes ATIC’s Statute.

The membership is voluntary, private and inalienable.

Application process step by step

Step 1
Choose your membership bellow

ATIC has 3 types of memberships:

  • Regular membership (with the right to vote at General Assembly of ATIC) suitable for Big companies (200+ employees) / organisations or Small and Medium Enterprises
  • Associate membership (with advisory voting rights and possibility to participate in all ATIC activities) suitable for Big companies (200+ employees) / organisations or Small and Medium Enterprises
  • Associate membership (with advisory voting rights and possibility to participate in all ATIC activities) suitable for companies with early stage businesses with up to three years of activity and a team of maximum 10 persons, that is not a subsidiary of a multinational corporation

Submit application form
In order to get to know your company better, it will be necessary to indicate some data about your business

Examination of application
ATIC reserves the right to investigate potential and new members for the purpose of protecting the association’s reputation. The submitted request will be examined and approved by the Board of Directors

Membership payment and further steps

If the company is approved to become a member of the Association the applicant shall pay the membership fee during 10 days since the date of the decision. Membership fees are different, depending on the chosen membership. Therefore, the applicant shall present within 30 days since the date of the decision of the Board of Directors on its admission the next documents:

  • Copies of certificates of registration to the State
  • Registration Chamber
  • Extract from the State
  • Register of enterprises and organizations
  • Copies of documents establishing the parties involved (status)
  • Copies of licenses
  • Minutes of meeting where de decision to adhere has been adopted (if the administrator doesn’t have the right to make decisions on the accession to certain organizations, it is necessary to present the Minutes)
  • Short description of the company
