The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites consulting companies to submit proposal for assessment on the innovation potential, development of the innovation road map and strategy as described in Annex 1 – to this RFP (Terms of Reference), under the “Eu4Moldova Startup City Cahul” financed by EU through Sweden.

In formulating their proposals, interested companies shall be guided by the list of mandatory documents required in the Annex 1 – ToR, which include the FORMS A-F (Word forms) and the submission protocol.
