The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites competent education content production companies to provide proposals for the design and development of 2 e-learning courses for “Tekwill Academy” both in RO and RU, in SCORM format as specified in Annex 1 – Terms of Reference to this RFP.
