The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites companies and/or NGO’s to submit proposal for the implementation of youth entrepreneurship program in the regions of Moldova (Balti, Comrat, Cahul) as described in Annex 1 – to this RFP (Terms of Reference), under the ATIC Projects “ICTEC” financed by USAID and Sweden and “Eu4Moldova Startup City Cahul” financed by EU through Sweden.
