The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites official suppliers, eligible and responsible to manufacture and supply furniture for the endowment of 60 Digital Laboratories, part of “Tekwill in every school program”, as per the Technical Specifications – Section 3 and Annex 1 – Delivery addresses, Annex 2 – Detailed furniture design and all the details of this RFQ.

The given procurement is managed under several Projects – implemented in the Republic of Moldova by ATIC, in partnership with UN Women, UNICEF, EU/Sweden: Building livelihood opportunities for local and Ukrainian women in Moldova – UN Women; Ensuring access to and participation in education of Ukrainian and Moldovan children through EDU Tech Labs – UNICEF Humanitarian Programme for Ukrainian and Moldovan children through EDU Tech Labs (Digital Labs), and The EU4Moldova: Startup City Cahul Project.

The required goods needed for the endowment of Digital Laboratories within 60 schools all over the country, are grouped into 2 LOTs, depending on the type of goods, and delivery requirements as follows:

  Item 4   Student Desk / Masă de Studii

Quotation allowed per LOT.

In formulating their offers, interested companies shall follow the submission protocol and be guided by the list of mandatory documents required the RFQ, including the FORMS-A-F (Word).
