The National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) hereby invites companies to submit proposals for Communication support services for Strengthening the institutional communication capacities of universities (2 Lots) as described in Annex 1 – to this RFP (Terms of Reference).

In formulating their proposals, interested companies shall be guided by the list of mandatory documents required in the Annex 1 – ToR, including the FORMS- A-F (Word forms), and following the submission protocol.
